We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item has a factory defect or was damaged during delivery.

  • If your product is faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or repair as needed.

  • Note: We cannot accept returns for change of mind or if the item doesn’t fit in your space. Please double-check dimensions and product details before ordering.

  • Most furniture is made to order, crafted specifically for you after purchase.

  • Typical production time: 4–8 weeks depending on the item and order volume.

  • Delivery in Gauteng and surrounding areas usually takes a few days after production is complete.

  • You will be updated throughout the process.

  • Currently, we only deliver in Gauteng and surrounding areas.

  • If you are outside Gauteng, we can arrange a custom delivery quote via a trusted furniture transporter.

Yes! We offer lay-by plans for up to 3–6 months:

  • Secure your furniture with a deposit, then pay the balance in monthly instalments.

  • We will start processing your order once 70% of the payment is received, then deliver as usual.

  • Production: 4–8 weeks

  • Delivery within Gauteng: 5–10 working days

Lay-By FAQ's

  • How it works: Pay 50% upfront at checkout; remaining 50% due within 30 days.

  • Paying the balance: You will receive an invoice or instructions to complete payment via bank transfer or another agreed method.

  • Order processing: Order is On Hold until the remaining 50% is received.

  • How it works: Pay 33% upfront; remaining 67% split into 2 equal monthly payments.

  • Payment reminders: Monthly invoice via email for the next instalment.

  • Order processing: Order remains On Hold until all three payments are completed.

  • How it works: Pay 16.7% upfront; remaining 83.3% split into 5 equal monthly payments.

  • Payment reminders: Monthly invoice via email for the next instalment.

Yes, you may cancel. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable as it secures your order and production slot. If payments are already 50% or more, refunds are not issued, however at our discretion, we may allow the amount paid to be credited toward another product.

Absolutely. You can pay extra at any time or even settle your balance early. This speeds up your order, as production begins once 70% of the total has been received.

Yes, but only before your next instalment is due. For example, you may switch from a 3-month plan to a 6-month plan. Contact us to arrange this.

We will contact you to make alternative arrangements. Your order remains on hold until payments are caught up. If payments remain overdue for 30 days or more, the lay-buy may be cancelled, and any payments made will be forfeited.

No. Lay-buy is 100% interest-free. You only pay the agreed product price.

Production begins once 70% of the payment is received. Final delivery or collection takes place once the full balance is paid. Delivery billed separately.

Payments can be made via EFT (Bank Transfer). You will receive a confirmation email for every payment.

Yes. An invoice or email receipt will be emailed for each instalment as proof of purchase and for your records.

No. Lay-buy orders are not eligible for discount codes, promotions, or sale prices. All lay-buy purchases are at the full listed price at the time of order.

Lay-buy is available for most of our couches, including custom designs. Some limited-edition or special-order items may not qualify.
